Step 1. If the repair job has not been assigned to any mechanic or you want to change the mechanic, go to repair job details -> select More -> select Assign Technician.

In Assign Technician popup, select a technician and select Save => A notification will be sent to the technician.

Step 2.  In case you also have the Inventory module enabled, after you create the repair job, the repair job details will display warning lines if the parts do not have enough inventory.

Now you need to replenish the inventory for them. After the parts are in sufficient quantity, change the status of the repair job to other statuses, except In Booked In and In Progress, the Create Invoice button will be displayed.

Step 3. In Repair job, you can create inspection if you want. See instructions for creating and executing inspection at https://helpcenter.gtssolution.vn/article/create-inspection-in-workshop-module
