To create an affiliate program, you need to create a program category

• Step 1. Go to Settings menu under the Affiliate module -> Select the Program category menu 
• Step 2. Click on the New button 
  
  
• Step 3. In the Add New Program Category popup, enter the Name -> click on the Save button 
  

Create Affiliate Program

• Step 1. Go to Affiliate program menu under the Affliate module -> click on the New button 
  
  
• Step 2. In the Add new Affiliate program page, fill in the requested detail 
  
  1. Enter the Name 
  2. Enter the From date and To date: effective period of the program
  3. Enter the Priority: enter the priority of the program, if two programs take place at the same time, the program with the lower priority number will be applied.
  4. Select the Program category 
  5. Enable the Discount 
  
  Click on the check box in front of customer, product, member.
  Customer: The default applies to all customers. If a specific customer or group is selected, the program applies to customers both selected in the Customers field and selected in the group field.
  Product: The default applies to all product. If you both select a product and select a product group, you should select products belonging to the selected Group. Or you just need to select Group product or just select Product.
  Member: The default applies to all members. If a specific members or member group is selected, the program applies to customers both selected in the Member field and selected in the group field.
  Discount Type: Percentage or Fixed
  Amount to calculate: Total invocie amount (calculate discount on the total value of the invoice) or Profit (calculate discount on profit ( profit = selling price - purchase price))  . 
  Discount policy type: Ladder of Invoice or Percentage of Invoice or Percentage of Product or Ladder of Invoice ( Product)
  
  • Ladder of Invoice
    
    From amount: minimum value of total invoice or total profit. If left blank, no minimum value limit
    To amount: maximum value of total invoice or total profit. If left blank, no maximum value limit
    Discount: enter a percentage discount or fixed discount (depending on the Discount Type selected)
  • Percentage of Invoice
    
    Number of the first invoices: calculate another discount for the first X invoices an employee generates for the same customer
  • Percentage of Product 
    
    Product Group: can choose multiple. If left blank, the default applies to all product groups 
    Discount product: can choose multiple. If left blank, the default applies to all products
    From number: enter minimum quantity. If left blank, there is no minimum quantity limit
    To number: enter the maximum quantity. If left blank, there is no maximum quantity limit
    Discount: enter a percentage discount or fixed discount (depending on the Discount Type selected) on total invoice or total profit 
    
    
  • Ladder of Invoice (Product)
    
    From amount: minimum value of total invoice or total profit. If left blank, no minimum value limit
    To amount: maximum value of total invoice or total profit. If left blank, no maximum value limit
    Discount: enter a percentage discount or fixed discount (depending on the Discount Type selected) 
    
    6. Enable the Commission -> select the Affiliate type: Product views ( calculate commission through product views ) or New registration (calculate commission through new affiliate member registration)  or Product (calculate commission according to Ladder or Invoice or Percentage of Invoice or Percentage of Product or Ladder of Invoice ( Product) ) 
    
  • Product views: 
    
    Number of views: enter the number of views to receive a commission

    Number of registration: calculate commission for x successful affiliate membership registration referrals.
