To create an affiliate member, you need to create a member group first.
Add New Member Group
To add a new member group to your organization:
Step 1. Go to Settings menu under Affiliate module from the left sidebar.
Step 2. Select Member group menu -> Click on the New button.
Step 3. In the Add New Member Group page, enter the Name and click on the Save
Create custom field
you can create a custom field for the Add new Member screen at Setup -> Custom Fields
Create Affiliate Member
Step 1. Go to Members menu under Affiliate module from the left sidebar. -> click on the New button
Step 2. In the Add new Member page, fill in the requested details:
First Name: required, the member's given name Last Name:required, the member's surname/family name User Name: required, this information will be displayed in the User and Username columns of the Wallet menu. Phone: (optional) phone number for contact or support purposes. Country: (optional) select the member's residing coyuntry. Email: Email address is unique and cannot be the same as other affiliate members. Used for login purposes. Pasword: required, this will be used to log into the affiliate portal. Vendor Status: Enable or Disable. If you choose Disable, this affiliate member will not be able to log into the affiliate portal with his account. Under Affiliate: choose a referral affiliate member Member Group: choose one of the pre-defined groups Custom Fields: (Optional) Fill in any custom field created earlier.
