Rental Requests screen is used to create and manage
property rental requests from customers.
Newly created requests will have a "Draft"
status.
Approved rental requests will display the "Convert to Contract" and "Convert to Invoice" functions, allowing you
to convert the rental request into a contract and invoice.
When a property is awaiting the creation of a contract
and invoice, its status will automatically change to "Pending Sale".
Once a contract has been successfully created for a
property, the system will automatically change the property's status to
"Rented".
Contract Amount field displays the total amount for
the rental period (Property Price * Term).
If the property is rented by the day, week, month, or
year, and the customer rents for a long term, the system will generate multiple
invoices for the customer to pay according to each term, rather than requiring
a one-time payment for the total amount.
Example: If a property is rented for $100 per week and a customer wants to rent for 2 weeks, the system will generate 2 invoices for the customer to pay weekly. Similarly, if a property is rented for $10 per day and a customer wants to rent for 5 days, the system will generate 5 invoices for the customer to pay daily.
1. New Rental Request
Select the New Request function on the screen, enter the required values.
Explanation:
Property Name: This field displays a list of
properties available for rent.
Term: This field is used to input the rental period.
The unit of the term will depend on the rental unit of the property.
End Date: The end date will be automatically calculated based on the rental term.
Select the View function corresponding to the data you
want to view information
You can View Request as PDF, Download, Print, Sent
email to Client, Convert to Contract and Convert to Email
The Renter Profile function is used to display information of the person requesting the rent
The screen displays a list of Tenants who have
requested to rent a house and have been approved.
The system will also display invoices that customers have not paid when renting a Property on this screen.
