The Real Estate Agents screen serves as a centralized
hub for managing the company's real estate agents.
This screen allows administrators to create new agent
profiles, view detailed agent information, and manage the agents' assigned
employees.
The View function provides a comprehensive overview of
an agent's profile, while the Staff function displays a list of all employees
associated with that agent.
It's important to note that deactivated agents will not be considered for property assignments.
1. Add Real Estate Agent
Select the Real Estate Agents screen -> Select the New Real Estate Agent function available on the screen -> Enter the required values
*Explanation:
The Profile and Billing Shipping tabs are used to
input the Agent's information.
The Code will be
auto-generated (configured in Settings).
Data from the About
Information field will be displayed on the Review Agents screen.
Plan data is fetched from
Settings. The Agent's employees will depend on the permissions within the Plan.
If the Agent is a Private
Real Estate Agent, customers will not be able to view the Agent's profile.
Conversely, if the Agent
is a Public Real Estate Agent, customers can view the Agent's profile.
Verified Real Estate
Agent and Regular Real Estate Agent are for selection and display purposes only
and do not affect the business process.
The Real Estate Agent User Profile tab is used to
create employees for the Agent.
The User Permission tab is used to assign permissions to employees.
2. View Real Estate Agent
Select the Real Estate Agents screen -> Select the View function corresponding to the Agent whose information you want to view
Profile Screen displays Agent information
You can also edit Agent information on this screen
The Staff screen displays a list of employees
corresponding to the Agent.
Select the Approval Manager function if you want the
Agent's employees to be able to approve the Agent's properties. Employees can
only approve properties belonging to their own Agent and cannot approve
properties belonging to company employees, other Agents or Business Brokers.
Select the Require Approval function if you want
properties created by this employee to require approval.
Select the Public Staff function if you want the
employee's profile to be visible to customers.
Select the New Staff function to create a new employee for the Agent.
Properties screen provides a comprehensive view of an
Agent's properties, filtering out any properties that have not yet been
approved.
You can view the properties in both list and map formats.

Median sold price: The average value of all properties
sold by the Agent.
Properties Sold: The total number of properties with a
"Sold" status for the Agent.
Properties for Sale: The total number of properties
currently listed for sale by the Agent.
Median leased price: The average value of all
properties leased by the Agent.
Properties leased: The total number of properties with
a "Rented" status for the Agent.
Properties for rent: The total number of properties
currently listed for rent by the Agent.
Map: Displays properties with the following statuses:
New, Active, Closed Sale, Pending Sale, Sold, or Rented.
About the team: Displays a list of employees
associated with the Agent. You can click on each employee to view their
profile.
