The Properties screen is used to create and manage a
list of properties
There are 2 options to display Properties: List and
Map
You can search for Properties information through the Filters function
Create Property
Select the Properties screen -> Select the Add New function to create a new Property
Explanation:
Property tab: This tab is used to input the property's
address information.
Property Code: The
property code is auto-generated and can be configured in Settings.
Property Visibility:
Properties with statuses of Pending, Withdraw, Expired, or Backup will not be
visible to customers. In contrast, properties with statuses of New, Active,
Closed Sale, Pending Sale, Sold, or Rented will be visible and searchable by customers.
Select on map: This
feature allows users to select the property's location on a map.
Expense tab: This tab is used to input additional expenses incurred when purchasing or renting a property.
Pool/Exterior tab: This tab is used to select the property's exterior amenities.
Interior tab: This tab is used to select the property's interior amenities.
Room tab: This tab is used to input detailed information about the rooms within the property.
Owner tab: This tab is used to select the property owner or company associate. Data is pulled from the Property Owner screen.
Business Broker tab: This tab is used to input the commission percentage for Agents or brokers when they sell a property. It is also used to assign the employee responsible for selling or renting the property.
Attachment tab: This tab is used to upload images, videos, and documents related to the property. These files will be displayed when viewing the property.
