HR Payroll Module -> Select the Commissions menu. This screen is used to manage the amount of commission received by the employee
1. Asynchronous with Commission module
2. Synchronization with Commission module
When synchronizing with the Commission module,
the system will automatically update the equivalent values contained in the
Commission module such as the total amount of employee commissions achieved in
that month
After syncing, we can also edit, save and import
data as usual
* Note: in order to synchronize data from
the Commission screen, the customer must pay the invoice -> Then we must pay
the employee's commission through that invoice in the Commission receipt screen
-> From there The new system takes the commission data that the sales staff
is entitled to to display in the commission screen of HR payroll. The steps are
as follows:
- Step 1: Go to the Commission receipt screen of the Commission module -> Select New
- Step 2: Select the invoice with the corresponding employee's commission (note: must select the employee invoice) -> Select Save
- Step 3: Go to Commission menu of HR payroll and sync again
