Customers can comment or ask questions related to the product. Please follow these steps:
Step 1. Select notification recipients for new product comments
Go to Settings menu under the Rental module → Other settings → choose notification recipients in Notification recipients for the product.
Also, check the option Show public page so customers can view the product on the customer portal.
Then click Save.
Step 2.Customers log in to the customer portal → select the product tab under the Rental module → click on a product to go to its detail page.
Step 3. Scroll to the bottom of the page, enter your question or comment in the Discussion field, then click Add Comment.
Step 4. The system will send notifications to the employees selected in Step 1.
Step 5. Click on the notification to open the related product detail page, then select the Discussion tab.
Step 6. Click Reply, enter your response, then click Send Reply.
