Client creates Booking and Rating

Client logs in to the portal and creates a Booking request.

The data will be displayed in the Admin's Booking menu screen. Admin will review the request and contact the customer via phone number or other contact method.

Once agreed, Admin will update the amount for the time Booking and Admin create Invoice for customers to see -> Customer will pay through Invoice

After all, the customer can rate the satisfaction of this Booking for the driver. From there, the system will calculate the Ranking for the drive

1. Client creates Booking

Step 1: Select Fleet Booking menu -> Select Booking Function in the screen



- Step 2: The system will display a screen containing information to create a Booking -> Proceed to enter the necessary data -> select Save to save the operation


2. View Booking

- Step 1: Select Fleet Booking menu -> Select the Booking data available in the screen corresponding to the data you need to view information



Step 2: The system will display a screen containing the details of the corresponding Booking



3. Rating

When the Booking transaction is completed, the Admin will convert the status of the data to Complete, the new Rating function will be displayed on the Client portal

Step 1: Select the Fleet Booking menu -> Select the Booking data in the screen corresponding to the Booking data to be evaluated




Step 2: The system will display a screen containing details of the corresponding Booking -> Select the Rating function included in the screen


Step 3: The system will display the screen Rating -> Conduct evaluation and select the Save function to save the value. The saved value will also be displayed on the Admin side
