You can check-out predefined kít to staff or project
Step 1. Go to Predefined Kits menu under Fixed Equipment module from the left sidebar
Step 2. Select the predefined kit and click on Check-out button.
Step 3. In the Check-out popup, fill in the following details: 1. Select object to check-out: Select the Staff: assets belonging to this predefined kit will be displayed at the Asset menu in the employee details page of the HR Record module
Select the Project: see information at the Check-out to column
2. Enter the Check-out date 3. Enter the Expected check-in date ( optional). This field is for storage only. 4. Enter the Notes 5. Choose an available kit. If this option is selected, select the kit with pre-assigned assets for checkout
If this option is not selected, the system automatically selects the asset to check-out. Priority is given to assets with the highest ID and Deployable status
Step 4. Click on the Check-out button
