Category setting in Marketing Automation

Category screen is used to create and manage data groups of Stage, Point action, Asset, Form, Email, SMS, Email Template, SMS Template, Segment, Campaign

1. Create Category

Step 1: Select the Settings menu -> Select the Category screen -> Select the Add function included in the screen

Step 2: The system will display the Category screen -> Enter necessary data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the action just done


* Explanation:

  o   Name: enter a reminder name

  o   Type: choose the type of this Category
o   Color: choose a color that reminds you to sort and search later.
o    Description: a detailed description of this Category. You should describe the meaning clearly and in as much detail as possible.


     2. Edit Category

     - Step 1: Edit function available in the screen corresponding to the data line to be edited

    

    

    - Step 2: The system will display the Edit Spam Filter screen -> Proceed to edit the data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the action just done

    

    3. Delete Category 

    The Delete function corresponding to the data line to be deleted
