The Billing Plan Units screen is used to create and manage Billing Plan Units. The data at this screen is used for the Services menu screen

1. Create Billing Plan Units

- Step 1: Select the Settings menu -> Select the Billing Plan Units screen -> Select the Add function included in the screen

- Step 2: The system will display the Add Billing Plan Units screen -> Enter the necessary data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the operation just done

* Explanation:

  o   The Name field is used to enter the name of the Billing Plan Units

  o   Code field is used to enter the code of Billing Plan Units

  o   The Value field is used to enter the value of Billing Plan Units. For example 7 days or 1 month

  o   The Type field is used to select the unit for the Value field. For example day, month, year

  o   If the Active field is selected, the generated Billing Plan Units will be displayed on the Services menu screen for use

     2. Editing Billing Plan Units

    - Step 1: Select the Settings menu -> Select the Billing Plan Units screen -> Select the function  included in the screen corresponding to the data line to be edited

    

     - Step 2: The system will display the Update Billing Plan Units screen -> Proceed to edit the data -> Then click Save to save the operation or select Close to close the screen and cancel the operation just done.

    

    3. Delete Billing Plan Units

    Select the Settings menu -> Select the Billing Plan Units screen -> Select the function  included in the screen corresponding to the data line to be deleted
