Following Property creation, navigate to the
"Edit Property" section to assign the property to specific
Staffs/Agents/Business Brokers and input their respective commissions.
Proceed to the "Business Broker" tab.
Please note that the "Assign to Business
Brokers" privilege must be enabled for the user.
Company employees will have access to a list of
company employees, agents, and business brokers.
Agents will be able to view a list of their agents and
business brokers.
If a property is created by a business broker, the
system will automatically assign it to them.
When a company employee assigns a property to an
agent, the agent can then delegate the property to their team members.
Please be advised that the commission input for Staffs/Brokers is currently for reference purposes and does not trigger any backend processes.
